Resources for Researching and Evaluating Educational Kids Apps

| May 8, 2013 | 2 Comments

I recently developed a series of  in-person presentations, kind of like an “Educational Apps & Ebooks 101″ for groups of parents, educators, librarians or other helping professionals in my community and state. In the process, I have created a handout with my favorite research reports and online resources to guide app evaluation & the selection of kids apps. My next blog post will be a summary of the presentation itself, but for now, I want to share these resources. You can also print this one-page handout to share with others. Many thanks to my librarian-angel Cen Campell of LittleeLit.com for her inspiration and support of my new endeavors.

Would love to see TeachersWithApps included! Thanks

    • We’ve got all the review sites on a separate post, Jayne but if you see the printable handout, you’ll notice there’s a link to your site at the bottom. I was trying to separate out the review sites from research studies and evaluation tools, although TeachersWithApps.com is a good resource for both. :)
